About Stubtrip
Stubtrip is a free trip planner for live events. We never sell tickets or travel and never take payment from anyone; we link you to the sites that do. Enter a concert, a college football game, or a college volleyball match, tell us where you're coming from, and Stubtrip builds a weekend plan around the venue: where to stay, where to eat, what to do with the hours before doors open, and an estimate of what the whole trip will cost.
Every place in a plan is a real place. Event dates and venues come from Ticketmaster's public event data, restaurants and activities come from Foursquare, and the plan itself is written by an AI model from those facts. We don't invent hotels or restaurants to fill space, and if we don't have a detail, the plan says so instead of guessing.
Some of the ticket and travel sites we link to pay Stubtrip a commission when you buy. It never changes your price. That's how the site stays free and ad-free.
Stubtrip launched in September 2026 and currently covers concert tours on Ticketmaster, every FBS college football team, all 32 NFL teams, all 30 NBA teams, all 15 WNBA teams, and women's college volleyball, with more sports on the way. It's built by Pulse & Pause Lab LLC, a small independent studio in Utah. The idea came from inside the family: one of us plans a lot of concert trips and wanted a faster way to do it.

Who's behind Stubtrip
Stubtrip is a father-and-daughter project. I'm Brett, and I took my daughter Brooklyn to her first concert when she was nine: Taylor Swift in Salt Lake City. For years the shows were local. Then came our first road trip for one, Taylor Swift again, this time in Las Vegas, and after that it became a habit: Shawn Mendes at Red Rocks, Gracie Abrams in Denver, a run of shows in California. Every trip taught us the same lesson. Getting the ticket was the easy part. The hard part was everything after: which part of town to stay in, where to eat before doors, how to get back to the hotel when rideshare prices triple after the encore. We wanted one page that answered those questions for the show we'd already committed to. Brooklyn brought the idea, and I build apps for a living through Pulse & Pause Lab, so we built it together. She still tests every plan against a real trip before it ships.

Frequently asked questions
Is Stubtrip free?
Yes. There's no account required to build a plan, no subscription, and no ads. Stubtrip earns a small commission when you book a hotel, ticket, or activity through a link on the site.
Does Stubtrip sell tickets or hotels?
No. Stubtrip is a planner, not a store, and it never takes payment. Every purchase happens on the partner's own site (Ticketmaster, our lodging partners, and others as we add them), under their prices and policies.
What events does Stubtrip cover?
Concert tours listed on Ticketmaster in the US, every FBS college football team, all 32 NFL teams, all 30 NBA teams and all 15 WNBA teams (regular season and playoffs), and women's college volleyball. You can also paste any Ticketmaster event link and Stubtrip will plan around it.
How does Stubtrip build a plan?
It takes the event's real date, time and venue, suggests areas to stay and finds restaurants and activities near that venue, and uses an AI model to arrange them into a day-by-day plan with three budget levels. Places are never invented; if data is missing, the plan tells you.
Is Stubtrip affiliated with Ticketmaster or any team or artist?
No. Stubtrip is independent and is not affiliated with Ticketmaster, any artist, team, venue, university, or league. Event details can change; always confirm dates and times on the ticket page before you travel.
Can I share or save a plan?
Yes. Every plan has a share link that works without an account. Sign in with your email (no password) to save plans to your trips.
